Supply and Delivery of OFFICE SUPPLIES AND STATIONERY, FOOD AND OTHER ITEMS TO THE OFFICE FOR DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN WARSAW, POLAND |
| opis przedmiotu | The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (“the OSCE”) invites proposals (“Proposals”) from eligible and qualified companies (“the Bidders”) for supply and delivery of office supplies and stationery, food and other items (called “the Goods”) to the ODIHR office in Warsaw in Poland, according to the requirements as defined in the bidding documents (“the Bidding Documents”).
“It is expected that the duration of the proposed contract will be for 12 calendar months with possibility of annual extensions. An aggregate duration of the contract placed as a result of this tender shall not exceed 5 years. Throughout the term of the contract the OSCE does not guarantee any minimum level of business and shall be under no obligation to use the Services exclusively from the selected contractor”. |
